You can book an individual careers guidance interview with our in-house Careers and Higher Education Co-ordinator. In addition to this there are many other useful sources of information available to you as a Bilborough student:

• Lunchtime speakers come into college from Universities, Companies and Gap Year organisations
• We hold two major annual events – the Employer Evening and the Higher Education Evening
• We also have links with local Universities and hold regular taster days
• We have regular visits from Connexions (individual guidance interviews can be booked if required)
• In our Library and Information Centre you will find a comprehensive Connexions section, there is even a member of staff whose role is dedicated to maintaining this area.
• We also send our students to the Annual Higher Education Conference – giving you another opportunity to research university choices.

All of these give you an opportunity to discuss your plans, whether you are thinking of going to university, having a gap year or seeking employment. It is never too soon to start planning for you future and we are here to help you to make the right choice.
