Bilborough College is actively committed to the implementation of a policy that promotes diversity and equality of opportunity for all its employees and students.

In doing so, it undertakes to observe the legal requirements placed on it through legislation such as the Sex Discrimination Act, the Race Relations Act and the Disability Discriminations Act.
