Entry Qualifications 2010-2011

Bilborough College accepts applications from students predicted to achieve at least 5 GCSEs at C and above including both English Language and Maths. If you do not achieve these grades then Bilborough College cannot enrol you.

 

It is highly advisable to achieve at least B grades in subjects being continued to A level. Individual subject requirements will be discussed at interview. Students must show that they have achieved passes in subjects that require academic rigour (through external examination) in order to meet the demands of A levels and the IB.

 

BTec and Diploma qualifications will be recognised in terms of one or two GCSE passes if they are relevant or appropriate for the desired progression pathway. Courses and options will be discussed in detail at interview.
